Description of what happened: Made it to work as quickly as I could from leaving Kavala. I went to my garage where I found my truck on fire and I had to force my son to let me take his go-cart to work. I head up to weed processor where I was instructed I would be given a full day of On Job Training. Police stop me on the main road, and was forced to take dirt/back road off the main highway to work. One gentleman was there while I proceeded to talk with him as I was maybe 2 minutes into the conversation and someone comes around corner asking for us to put our hands up. I do so, fully comply it ended up he wanted to take the keys to my vehicle which I stated the vehicle had none. We exchange few words.(Calls me Frank) And I ended up Dead! on my first day of work at my new job.  
 
What Rule Was Broken ?:
4B) You are not allowed to identify players in game via nametags. Police, NHS and UNMC ranks (only ranks!) are fine to get, as they “wear clothing with the rank on” unless they are undercover. (Not in their uniform or masked.)
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Yes no response in game Msg as well sidechat. Search for user on Team speak didn't find him.

So after a nice role-play, i accidentally said your name as it just slipped out. I didn't intentionally say your name for any purpose, and didn't use it in anyway to gain an advantage. I am new-ish to role-play, and unfortunately i am human and we all make errors. Seems to me that you didn't like being killed and just want to cause trouble and report people for simple mistakes.

Right. Your simple mistake was you not responding to me. I had no intention on this post to occur, but you not responding to me had cause this post to be up. I went out of my way for quality rp to occur not looking to be shot. There was plenty of time left to the server for others to show up and for me to help out and have some fun and laughter. Most of those who look @ tag names check to see what gang they are in/ how many are on or could possibly be in the location or in comms with I never have doubts that some 1 shows up at a prossesing alone. In sure you both asked same question to each other.

What the hell are you on about? You got killed in role play and i accidentally said your name once as it's right above your head. Seems to me you're just salty.

Basically I dont even know what you said, yes you gave quality roleplay however that doesn't mean I have to spare your life in RP i can be who and whatever I want to be so aslong as I Rp'd with you before executing you which i did for over 5 minutes it was perfectly fine i told you what was going to happen too. 

You refused to give me the keys to the vehicle and died because of it.

P.S. My kid was overly excited to recieve a Go-Kart for his birthday!

I thought that my previous experience which i have already spoken about might help to contribute so please no warning point.

just have to point out that you lock the go-kart in game when you jump out it, how is your RP that the go kart can just me jumped in to and driven of going to work in the situation? The meta gaming is clearly there but from the point of RP there is no way he will be able to get the go kart

Denied - I honestly think it was not intentionally and it didn't affect the way the "RP" went BUT I must say that this is very poor. He is a naked man with no gun or anything and you just kill him. Let me give you an official warning to step up your RP because I don't want to see piss poor RP like this. People are already coming here to make a coment that you are very trigger happy. Instead of a Ban you get a warning AND 15 days NO GUN.
