I've read trough all the comments and looked at the Screenshots etc.

Now there is two things that make us end up on this Clusterfuck of a report:

1. It would be nice if the Medics in future would talk to a person BEFORE they remove their tags. Everyone would get annoyed if they have their tags removed without being talked to. It's just human and I am very sure that you would also have reacted pissy if someone did this to you.

(On a side note it would be VERY nice if in future Hank would open a report himself. I see no reason for Daanish to open one because Hank has normal Forum Access and speaks fluent english - next time I will deny it because .. it doesnt make sense unless his PC is transformed into an Autobot)

2. Brad should have not reacted the way he did. I understand that he got annoyed as anyone else would have being in his situation but still we should not forget that we are all "adults" and being bitchy or moody never really helps solving things.

I don't think a ban will be issued for such a minor things. (And before my haters start crying: NO Brad is NOT in my gang. xoxo)

But I would like to request 2 other things:

1. Hank or preferly Marc giving Brat another chance to explain his situation (If needed I can be there too 2 make sure everything is nice n calm)

2. Brad apologizing to Hank for being a bit nasty.

Btw I sometimes wrote Brat instead of Brad. I am too lazy to correct it so deal with it.

I suggest you take the time then to correct your naming mistakes because those can generate a lot of confusion when it's not necessary.

Also, i'm sorry for not bringing this directly to you @Steph but i'm reopening this case since there are some stuff i'm still analyzing.

I'm just sat here wandering right, why does everyone want me banned so much? The report originally started because I was accused of bullying Hank when I had an argument with him. Then in comes a screenshot that doesn't have anything to do with anything in the form of "proof" that I was lockpicking someone in the police station. And then in comes a recorded conversation from someone I considered a friend trying to bait me into saying something I wasn't supposed to. Did I do something seriously wrong to you guys that I don't know about or are you actually that hell bent on getting me banned that you would do anything to get me there.

As for the recording it has nothing to do with me bullying hank as this report is about and it is quite off topic but I'll defend myself once again, I once took a Gc member hostage way back when I was in the UNMC as we were at war with them, he didn't complain about the situation as it was all RP'd well and he enjoyed the roleplay and as for the revenge part there is nothing wrong with seeking revenge on a character that has done your character wrong if the information is gained within the terms of RP so it may seem bad when its taken out of the full recording but most things do when they are isolated on their own.

In my defence, I'm only doing my job, Evidence was submitted to me, I have to process it.

The evidence is relevant to the extent it's part of the reason you were kicked from the NHS and caused the comments made in the original report...

But to hear how you abused a member, and now they "no longer play here"....... yeah...

I never abused him, I don't even remember his name. It was all RP'd and if he was here then I'm sure he would tell you that but unfortunately I think he left a long time ago.

As to how the recording came about Lharmon contacted me and acted as if we were still friends, seemed concerned and acted as if he wanted to help me. Then secretly recorded the entire conversation we had and used it to kick me from the medics and try to get me banned from the server. In my opinion that is purely toxic and shows hatred of me from some people in the medics.

I'm sorry if you feel that it was toxic but I did what I did because it is my job as a GP to find out what went on with the logging on to revive your friend. This was also done due to the way you had talked to other GPs. Now this will be my only comment in this topic unless requested by an admin. And just to be clear I have no hatred or anything against you.

Hi Cardoso,

I was not involved with the events of the report. The only connection I have was being a part of the GP team discussing Brad's actions. I made this report for Hank since he had to go and asked me to quickly put it up. 

Brad hasn't spoken / apologized to me since I'm not the one he should be talking to. I'm tagging GP Hank as it is his decision to whether the report should be kept up or not.

You're lying. Your determination to get me banned seems endless...

I even had a conversion with @Neo on the 16th of September which he can confirm in which I sent exactly the same picture to him to prove that I had tried to contact you to resolve it.

Also you can see that on the picture I sent that you were there and you were there for a time after I sent the message to you so, unless you didn't look at your TS the entire time until you logged off that day then you saw my message.

No, as I came up with another punishment to prevent you messaging NHS in the future, but then Steph closed it, and Cardoso re-opened it.

I don't think this is enough to ban someone for, this is just an argument between 2 people that apparently dislike each other unfortunately.

But leaving a warning to Brad, be careful how you word stuff, don't see this as a threat but we banned people for less and we are aiming to have the cleanest community possible.

If you don't like someone, don't talk to them, avoid the arguments. 

Let me also say at least you tried to solve the situation as the evidence shows, so it's not a totally lost cause.
