I was in the room with Brad when this happened therefore I feel I have the right to post on here.

I think that this was just a normal emotional reaction from Brad.
Before this had occurred he told me and another gang member about how he had been online as medic for four hours, and how much he actually enjoyed it, which he did not expect.
Then this happens.

I can 100% say that if I got falsely accused of doing something, get kicked out and blacklisted from a faction I enjoyed, I would basically rage as well. 
I think it was quite unprofessional from the medic higher ups just to kick someone without any solid evidence, and even blacklist him without having a conversation with the person in question.

This is just from my perspective, with the knowledge I had about the situation.

1. Maybe I was a little harsh on hank but I'd just played 4 hours of medic and then to instantly be removed from the whitelist without so much as a "soz lad ur gon" is extremely annoying an unprofessional from "a professional" group of people. If you had spoken to with any respect before just throwing me out then I would've treated you the same but unfortunately your power got to your head and you assume you can do whatever you want so once again I treated you the same.

2. I was actually removed for allegedly logging in as a medic on the 14th to revive someone in Shapeshifters and then instantly log off again. Which isn't true so lets get our facts straight yea?

3. Me using lockpicks on the person in restraints was part of RP, and the screenshot doesn't show any proof at all otherwise or of me logging on to revive a mate.

So really in conclusion the only questionable thing that I did to get kicked from the medics was be a bit of a dick to hank but that was after I had already been kicked out and blacklisted and if you're going to be a dick to someone else then expect them to be a dick back but as for bullying, if you think that that falls under the lines of bullying then you should never go outside or on the internet again because I guarantee you that was tame in comparison to a whole load of shit said in the real world where you don't have a report a player section to cry about it on.

It was an immature emotional response to an immature action. If you'd just played for 4 hours as a cop and then for no reason in your eyes you get kicked without explanation then I imagine you wouldn't be the happiest of chappies yourself Neo.

What rule am I actually being accused of breaking here? Bullying or lockpicking someone in RP? Because Hank seems to think that I'm bullying him which is literally impossible by definition as for bullying then there has to be a repeat of the behavior over a period of time which there isn't and lockpicking someone in RP as a medic isn't against the rules at all.

Also I'd like to point out the fact that Hank had two oppertunities to come an talk to me like an adult (Before he so carelessly discharged me from the medics and before he got Daanish to report me for him) because you know after all this is an adult community and he didn't once try to speak to me before either of these situations which as a high level medic and a respected member of this community you should really be doing, because if you made this report to try and get me banned just because I hurt your feelings in an angry outburst after you literally stopped me from playing as a character I enjoy then I am deeply dissapointed in you Hank.

I believe GP Llharmon has video of him acting like this, he's a very toxic person to be around. He was blacklisted from the NHS for logging in and reviving his friends/gang members, which he denies, but we have reason to believe he did.

I was never abusive to anyone in that conversation, I just wanted to know who had reported me for doing something I didn't do and you refused to tell me so I accepted that because you threatened that if I didn't then I would be kicked from the medics (which you decided to do anyway without any proof but only because you wanted to).

2. Very toxic person to be around, I've only ever spoken to you on the 2 occasions that you have accused me of breaking rules so you have no Idea how I am other than 2 occasions that I was angry.

And also what exactly gives you reason to believe that I did that? You have no proof whatsoever and will never get any because it is impossible for any to exist.

I can see that my attitude towards Hank was not acceptable and I'm sorry for that but I didn't swear at him, troll him nor did I bully him. I had an argument with him in which I was emotional for being denied access to playing a role I enjoy for no good reason. I got annoyed because I was not spoken to before being discharged or before he reported me and took my anger out on him, I would've stopped if he even once told me he was offended by any of the comments I made and wanted me to stop having the conversation with him but he persisted multiple times after I closed the conversation to try and stop myself from getting angry at him. Once again I'm sorry for acting out but I believe it was somewhat understandable after how I was treated by Hank.

What a constructive comment. Thanks for posing on a report that has nothing to do with you and providing no evidence whatsoever to back up your claim. But I'll once again defend myself from allegations that I believe hold no weight, I didn't speak to you at all and don't even remember seeing you there at all. What happens with his membership with NHS is between CMO Marc and Brad. This is a report about comments made on teamspeak, and if there is a resolution to this or if a judgement must be made.
