Okay so i'm writing this because the rules regarding bounty hunters and the RP that surrounds it needs sorting out, I understand the basic rules like not being allowed to work together to rip the system etc, but its the RP side of things that need sorting out.
only this morning i picked up a contract from HQ, it contained the persons name, and a contact number, I messaged the fugitive via the available contact number on record and offered if he came in i could perhaps negotiate a deal for him with the police department, if not then id be coming to find him and take him in, what follows was extremely disappointing and very frustrating, he replied by saying you don't know my name etc etc, a few minutes later he then claimed that what i had done was not RP and how did i get his number etc, i told him it was the contact number on his contract i however had no idea whether it was a fake, not in use or anything, he claimed it was a new number and never used the phone before etc etc, he then claimed that i had performed a bannable action by contacting him and by having no RP, i said that i only knew the name of the fugitive and a contact number, not what he looked like etc, (i play with names turned off also) and i told him he didn't have to reply to the message, he threatened to report me and get me banned which i find very very ridiculous, can anyone shed any light whether i was in the wrong or whether this was good RP considering bounty hunters do this kind of thing often from what ive seen??
Or can anyone please give me examples of fair RP, i do believe that the admins need to issue more complete rules for the bounty hunters otherwise its a useless role and for 2Million a bit silly, Thanks
