Bounty hunter (undercover)

So i was wondering could a bounty hunter buy some press clothes and a camera and run around incognito (undercover) interviewing people getting their names and taking pictures for use later on during a hunt, i feel this would help a lot as bounty hunters only have names to go by, so say i interview (JOHN e.g) he reveals his name and allows me to record/ take a pic, only for me to file them and use later when identifying him during a hunt, obviously if he changes clothes etc then the said picture becomes outdated and not in use.

maybve add an extra sub forum for us hunters to add pics and video files etc to share in our hunts on the streets of altis

any help from maybe admins or police would be a great help

good idea man i like that a lot, its so hard, as bounty hunters have a bad name across altis which is a shame as i try to help people out as much as possible rather than just restraining them and taking them to jail for the money, im hoping i can make a name for myself in altis as a (good guy) bounty hunter

also you cant restrain people while they are knocked out so you are hoping they role play with you to put their hands up so you can restrain them, most people run around in circles around me so im helpless to stop them, im hoping the role gets fleshed out a bit more then maybe people wont abuse it so much

Essentially you have to convince people to tell you their name. Then you will understand why the police use a fingerprint system if anyone has ever been to prison,because almost nobody will tell you their name. I actually did tell a cop my name once at the cocaine processor long ago and was let go surprisingly,because my story was good enough even though they had my name.

My advice is hire a civilian(Not a rebel as that's exploiting) to talk to people. Make hobos useful for once. Easiest thing to do though is if you see someone commit a crime taze them. It's kind of proxy police. Speaking of which ask the police they are likely to help you if you don't tazer spam people and behave in a polite manner.

think ive only ever tazed 2 people, one who wouldnt role play and he just ran around in circles and the other guy pulled a gun on me, other than that i try to get people to give themselves up, ill try the hobo way a few times see what happens, i did offer one guy 50k for info that led to the capture of someone but he told me to duck right off hahaa
