Bounty Hunter tips.

Can anyone help me with some bounty hunter tips on getting players names. As a bounty hunter I struggle at most times to gain players names by me asking or even a friend asking around as they normaly either don't say or they use a fake one (which I then just act like its their actual name) and I'm wondering if anyone can help out.

Well all I can say is that is how being a bounty hunter works now a days its impossible to capture a decent sized bounty as one you can't get their name because who gives their real names now a days? Only advise I have is to get rid of the bounty hunter license its worthless.

@PaperPlaneyI did this but I would only charge them for armed robbery unless they gave a name which was on the bounty list. One story I had was when a guy gave a fake name which was on the list when he wasn't
