boris bikes - mopeds too?

TLDR - ability to "rent" a moped for £50 from a boris bike location! 

I understand there is a discussion around how to improve Taxi drivers RP to give them more opportunity to be drivers and that people are concerned that during low population periods it could hinder peoples ability to get around the city after an update/crash/disconnect (any event that loses their primary vehicle). 

If traffic is reduced on the road this will mean more taxi drivers may be needed and thus more opportunity for them etc. but if the taxi driver isnt on duty in order to avoid having to walk 5 miles to the nearest public garage the individual could rent a moped and thus save themselves time and frustration. 

mopeds only go at about 40mph but this is much faster than walking, it would be great for new players to see the city better and it would also serve as a visual clue for existing players that some moped users might well be new players who need a hand getting to grips with the city. For established players it could also provide a method/means to get back to their other vehicles easily and fairly hassle free to continue their business.

Could work. But you should also have to return the moped to a boris bike place when yer done with it. Otherwise your bank would be drained 2500.
This to avoid the streets being spammed by crackheads on mopeds.

Yes and no I see a lot of Boris bikes in the middle of the road while somewhat harmless they are annoying, mopeds are lot more....flammable and the trolls could use them to ram and just blow stuff up so maybe it's a timed thing and they disappear after a certain time would sort of prevent it

Is it possible to make them despawn after maybe 5 minutes of not using them? Im thinking something like that because thats plenty of time to go into a shop/garage/home to get a personal vehicle out. Ive been racking my brain to think of a way for taxi drivers to get some business without shafting the people who play outside of peak hours and this was my best idea... well its the only idea i have so i have to go with it.

If you made the price of these mopeds a high price (for example 2.5k) and gave people that amount back when they return it to another boris bike location, this would then convince people to return the moped and not use it for trolling/leaving it in a random place seen as they would be losing out on 2.5k for no reason.
