Description of what happened:
I was driving down the main road leaving athira when I hear a vehicle being picklocked, I approached the scene and seen a highly armed rebel with an illegal weapon trying to steal the vehicle. I rubber bulleted the gentleman and restrained him. As he went on the floor I took cover behind the vehicle (Common practice the amount of glitchers we have) when Bond tried to shoot me by glitching restraints. I took him to my car and was about to put him into the vehicle when he combat logged.
What Rule Was Broken ?: Glitching restraints, Combat logging.
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: No, he did not return to the server and was not on TS
