Blue zones, the police and helicopters

Just wondering if i could get some clarification from staff.

Are the police allowed to shoot down helicopters being disruptive over the blue zones?

I've seen some people say the can, and some they can't.

Yes. As long as we are not shooting the pilot. As the rule states we cannot try to KILL anyone in the bluezone.
