Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play(eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban).

First of all good evening.
In my opinion this ban was unfair. As you can see from the video evidence you can ear a huge gun fight, the sound of rifles and pistols is pretty clear, if you do the right math you can calculate at least 4 guys shooting.
There was a lot of rebel activity around athira that night, I was killed atleast 3 times without any RP from others. I didn't have any sort of capture software on so obviously I don't have any evidence.
What I did was wrong, but at that moment the guy who I shot was in the wrong place, someone tried to kill me minutes before so I was in a sort of "alert mode" - Then I saw someone approaching and circling us with a rifle - I shot before he shoot me. It was wrong I assume, but If I didn't shoot him probably I was dead and this threat would never exist.
I make this appeal not for me but for the community - the amount of time I spend playing this game it's not worth the 5 minutes I'm spending here but I think for the community it is. This server is really good and I really enjoy it (Most of my Arma 3 time is spend on this server) if the admins start to ban people without solid proof it will mess the game, I think it did already you can ear the phrase "I will report you, I'm recording.." even when you're playing the game with solid RP. You have people that edit videos in order to frame others in some sort of personal revenge and you can see that in the endless list of reports and videos (I'm not saying that this happen in my case).
I'm sorry for the trouble I caused to the admins and to the players involved.
Anyway, If you unban me you won't see my name around in the report player list anymore (It was the first time anyway), and if you do I will post a video in my defense with solid proof.
