Description of what happened: My friend Sephidorf got RDM'd by Barberella at the garage so I went to check it out. Turns out there was more than 1 guy rdm'ing and Blackvalor killed me with no roleplay.

Hello, I believe I was the "friend" you mentioned. I do have that engagement recorded. Also Remix wasn't there at all, it was Mclean.

I'll begin the upload right now:


So you say my lot engaged first, yet the bullets are being fired from your weapon while we are driving. I have absolutely everything on record, several hundred gig worth from that session, and will happily upload more if the admins request.

Remix mentioned a friend of blackvalor, Barberella, who was RDMing throughout the evening. My report on that person is listed immediately below. I do have video footage proving those two were together if required:

The reason why the video is so short is because I have poor upload speed and I believe that the evidence shown clearly shows that happened. I ran from athira spawn point and came behind the house, a second before the video starts, I equip my weapon to prepare for the rdm'er (Barberlla). I was coming up to the player with his pistol out to see if it was him, I'm then shot down by you with no RP.

I can upload the whole video of when I spawned in, it clearly shows that I did not try and shoot you and "some other guys" You're either highly mistaken or lying about what occurred. If you have any recordings yourself as to what happened before I appeared, that would be great and could help us all come to an arrangement but at the moment, you shot me dead with no RP and that is against the rules.

As you know it's hard to to say who's a bandit and who's not. What I did was incorrect, but I was shot by someone in that area and I saw you running towards us with a riffle so I shoot while I had the chance. I've tried to RP with rifle dudes before, and the result wasn't pretty - I was almost sure it was you or one of your friends who tried to shoot me (probably I was wrong).
 
Anyway I don't want to waste my time here debating this because it will end in and endless conversation/debate. I accept the veredict from the admin whatever it is.

To be honest, the original video doesn't seem right, have you got any earlier footage? you already have a gun out and are running around a hostile scene.... fine, you get shot, and there's no RP, but had there been RP before? you are literally looking like you're circling it....

On the second video, it's also hard to call RDM as no-one died... I'd say it is poor roleplay, but he could have been shooting the tires or giving warning shots....
