I was writing a report/warrant then randomly got timed out. Everything can be seen clear in the video. I was in Vespucci PD upper parking. (sorry about the audio)

This is a result of your internet losing connection to the server, it is not a bug.

The events it shows is just the events that failed due to you timing out, it's just a usual client timeout.
