If the reason to scrap is justifiable then I might (it all depends on my mood at the time). I'm normally pretty nice and leanient so I would most likely impound it but it all depends on my mood

Just telling you as a friendly tip dont do it if its landed wrong or something, me and @Jamesbeen threre done that and lets say they wasnt happy and we had to spend some time in liason room.

Seriously scrap for that reason? What if they ran out of fuel or had to log off? I'd impound it unlees it's done something reallly criminal...
