I had an idea for cyber crime. May have been suggested before. 

Bitcoin! 

Perhaps it could be hacked from the various offices around the city (using the interiors that are already in game) and then taken to Lester's pad to be converted into actual money. USBs would obviously be needed to represent the wallets that the coins are stored in but it could potentially provide criminals some more basic street crime. 

It would need some new laws to be added etc of course but yeah it might be a new thing to give people something else to do. 

does it imbalance the server? not really.

more like have a shop like the weed plant shop

for pcs where u are able to buy gpu/cpu what evr 
place em at ur house if u get raided of course u would have to rebuy everything

be able to pay certian things even if it would be for a pice of bread
