Bin man - legal job

Starting out there are a few legal jobs and from the moment I started I knew I wanted to be a bin man! It can require just a driving licence and at a spawn location spawns a bin truck similar to the mechanic job. It can give say 5 locations that you have to drive to and put a bin bag in and then drive back to the dump after this is done u are paid.

Approved. Will likely come in a few updates, currently rewirting the delivery core properly (change of direction). And this will easily tie into this, will the bin lorry/vehicle, and props etc etc. Thank you for suggesting!
