Description of what happened: I was camping the weed processing for about 2 mins when 5 trucks pull up at the same time. I go down and engage and manage to catch 4 out of the 5 trucks. I restrained 4 of them and bring them all out infront of the weed processing so I can watch them. Another truck pulls up so I engage on it and restrain the driver but when I return to the other 4, Airborn and Void are out of cuffs. They engage on me and kill me.
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: 2D) Using known exploits.
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Yes, He told me that another guy that I didnt see the whole time lockpicked him out and ran off before I got back with the 5 guy. I believed him at first but then the guy that was lockpicked with him came on TS and joined my channel. He told me what happened and I then got him to message me for proof:

If he had just admitted he fucked up and apologised it would be all sorted but he felt the need to bullshit his way out of it so here we are. 
 
Void would not come to TS or reply to my messages ingame.

Don't think i was notified that there would be a report made under my name... and him saying that they fell off isnt proof of anything...  they fell off of him and everyone else because you were killed... thats a common game script...  I apologized, gave you the sound recording, and said I'm sorry that you are upset... If there was any other problem, I thought we would be able to discuss it... I see that is no longer true... I've been with the community for a while now, I'm not going to "glitch restraints" and kill you.. I was an officer in my early time on the server, I know how much that sucked, I wouldn't do that...  You were a PCSO in full combat gear with nothing but a rubber gun, and you decided to invade a group over 5... thats the problem...  Everyone there was also pissed because you just left us there forever without any roleplay.. look at the last guy you got.. searched cuffed searched vehicle without saying a word..... Simply was just a bad experience..  If running into a group of people spraying rubber is Roleplay.. its ganna be hard for me to grasp that when i play....  Even in the video you see at least two people get away...

When I tried to help him out and took the time to get the audio, he decided to come after me for "metagaming" as well.. This is just an attempt to get me banned any way possible..

Sorry that you seem to have a sour past with me that I am unaware of....

Also you just screenshot the portion of the conversation after you completely came at me.. so thats not very fair... I talked to you on voicechat in a friendly manner, and lent a hand out to discuss the situation and you said that you were just pissed and were leaving....  If  you want to pretend to play nice-guy in chat for a screenshot, be my guest, but you know thats not how it went down.. thats something you can live with...

Why does the audio cut off between 4:07 and 4:14. 

3H) Restraining & Zipties
 
If you have been restrained or Ziptied you are no longer able to use any communication to contact your friends or gang members, This includes: group chat/teamspeak/skype or any other way of communication.
The metagame of there being only one cop online at 3:27.

everytime i tab out it cuts audio from ingame stuff but not teamspeak... bc my window isnt open... and as far as the zipties go, i understand that rule, but we werent metagaming or talking about anything that would affect the game... and its not like we couldnt just say that to eachother in game.. so the TS convo didnt affect anything.  And dont even say the one cop online thing means a damn thing.. ive been in plenty of channels with you where you say the same thing.. like I said, it didn't affect my playstyle or change anything in the game, therefor it was no different than using ooc sidechat.
obviously reaching for any reason to ban me now....

BTW at 15:17 he asks whoever that is in his TS to scrap our vehicles in game.. .thats why he says "What do you need me to do in game?" and then says "4, oh" I cant do that I'm in the middle of another game."   

You can't ask other officers to join game based on an event you are currently partaking in in-game... that's not very fair either.. calling for backup from someone not ingame

At 15:45 he is told off that they will not come in game to scrap our vehicles, so they tell him to get someone else.. lol... thats horrible

I just have to come in here for a sec. If a cop thinks he will be able to take the group down and have done simular stuff before why can't he? without some1 going on cops value your life??

Approved on Airbourn: If you are a Member of this Community for such a long time than I think I should expect you to know better than doing what you did. Even I am putting my hands up with Shift + J if the Officer that restrains me dies. In real life I never saw Handcuffs just disappear. Also I think the way you talk about the incident and your so called "evidence" seem a bit dodgy. Regardless to that you broke a rule and therefor I issued a ban - Action Taken - 02.10.15

Warning to Romeo: It seems to me that you weren't aware of the disappearance of Handcuffs if an Officer dies. So I leave it with a warning. It is already sad enough that a long term community Member leads you on to this knowing it is breaking a rule. I advise you to read the rules again because next time there will be no excuse.
