Description of what happened: Did a frog legs run, then got pulled over when I was about to put away my money and complied, didn't know what to press to put my hands up, I was not running away or arguing ( I was however quite annoyed) I asked what to press to put my hands up, and he shot me. I believe this sort of thing is just unfair as I was not trying to escape in any way shape or form 
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: RDM
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Tried to run over and speak but he killed on sight because I 'broke NLR'
 


 
To start you did not comply with us so we shot I give you plenty of time, Second of all check your kill feed I did not kill you. I killed you after when you came back to your dead body twice which was the breaking of the new life rule. I suggest you take this post down now or I'll report you for false accusations, and breaking the new life rule twice, I have video evidence.

 
for this to be a hard-core rp server i would say theonly rule he broke was very poor RP.

Suggesting, Is not blackmailing. Blackmailing is demanding something which I have clearly not done.

 
Just wanted to chip in, Please don't begin insulting eachother, please don't threaten like "Take this down or I'll report you" It's not an image you want to achieve. And to be honest only the OP here "kinda" broke any rules, by breaking RP ingame.

If I were to rob someone and the guy I robbed said "what to press" then I think I would shoot him aswell, since this is a stalling method used by alot of people, so that their friends can get an angle on you and then kill you... Although It's pretty poor roleplay from BG here there is no rules being broken (except the accusation of OP breaking NLR and RP) but what you can do now is either A. Let an Admin decide, or B. Have a chat about it, it can't hurt to talk, now can it?

Oh yeah, but I said BG, since it was only BG at scene right? I never wrote it was you, since you claimed that it wasn't you who took the shot :p

But as I said, why don't BG and Mr. Tampax have a chat?

 
Tried on sidechat, Looked in the altis ts could not find him.

(For the record it was just him playing at the time, so the "what do I press" wasn't a stalling method persay).
