Description of what happened:
I detained Spenno using rubber bullets during his attempt at breaking people I then quickly restrained him. at this point i accidentally started to heal and shortly after i finished this heal, Spenno decided to shoot me after he had been restrained.
What Rule Was Broken ?: 
Rule 1: Cheating, exploiting, hacking
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
Nope, I didn't feel it necessary.

All I can do is apologise for the actions of Spenno, I have no doubt this will be actioned as the evidence is irrefutable, he deserves to first apologise then go through the unban request process for these wreckless and foolish actions, he should have known better.

I know I am not supposed to post here but at the risk of overstepping I would like to say 1 thing,

It is a very rare thing for someone to openly admit their mistakes without trying to cover it up with de-sync etc, and I commend you for apologising and openly admitting what you did, could it be possible to put a ban on the record without actually banning the person so he is on his second chance without going through the process, I feel the server needs more people that hold their hands up when they make s mistake.

Yes I agree. It's nice seeing someone who admits what he did wrong.

There is also nothing wrong with making mistakes we ALL make them .. BUT: You can not benefit one person.

This is just not fair towards everyone else here.

Yes he admits it wich is an honorable thing to do BUT what he did was on purpose. And theres a "punishment" for people who break rules on purpose.

If we say "Oh well he openly admits he broke rules on purpose but we don't ban him actually" then many other people will do this just for the sake of not actually having to go trough the unban process.

I may seem harsh here but as an Admin I can not allow myself to benefit someone.

And as a Mentor you can't do this aswell @CSI Fuel
