Better car handling

I understand Gta’s driving mechanic has never been the best but over the last few weeks I’ve been modding SP a lot and there’s so many different handling mods that work so well, mainly Drive V it adds weight, realistic speeds and handling to the cars and feels so much more real, I hate coming to a corner at high speeds and my car just deciding it’s now a weightless ballon that’s going to throw its back end out and oversteer like crazy, how sometimes a tiny car can be able to ruin another car twice it’s size, I love the server but this one thing always gripes me, let me know what you think

I've been trying to look into how it can be improved, but without a benchmark and/or expectations from devs / server owners; there's no way anyone can help make things better.

Not to mention this is also correlated with vehicles pricing / ranking issues, where some cheap cars can out perform in their class and rival / exceed even more expensive ones.
This will likely be a huge scope to research, test and improve; however I don't believe this will be high priority on the list of things.

yeah understandable, it would mean a complete overhaul and its a shame its not considered priority but im glad that its not completly disregarded fingers crossed for the future though i suppose?

It would be worth checking out a GTA racing server called Project Homecoming and the modpack they use for their vehicles. I believe they have rebalanced the handling files for almost every vanilla car to have evenly matched but still vaired classes of vehicles and improved how all of them drive.
