But seriously, probably legal runs like Apple runs which don't take long then once you have some money, buy a truck and then do more complex stuff for more money. Alternatively, you could join the Police and get everything for free or join the NHS for an RP experience.

I recommend you start by doing a few apple runs until you have enough to afford a small truck (box truck, cargo van or maybe something bigger). Make sure you have at least 150k in your bank after your purchase for the worst case scenario.
Once you have bought your truck, continue doing apples but from now on process them into cider (cider factory) and sell them at the kavala pub. Do this until you have at least 1.5 million and then buy yourself a nice big truck.
You can continue doing cider with your fancy new truck or you can step up and begin mining, processing and selling aluminium at the Altis metal exports. It'll be more dangerous than cider but you'll make 3* as much per run.
This is a good way for you to learn a bit about Altis whilst building up your bank. Once you're ready, you'll be able to venture out and try out all the other ways of making cash. Hope that helps a little
