Being kicked when being in the sea.

For the past week now, I've been getting kicked when I am doing fishing, diving or driving my boat in the sea. It kicks me with a general kick message "You were kicked from the game" It doesn't state a reason or anything and it happens like 3 times every restart when I'm in the middle of doing a clam run. 

I have contacted a staff member and a developer and all they see is that I have disconnected from the server and no other error messages so I honestly have no clue what is kicking me.

My IGN is Mr Lopez if anyone want's to look into this further.

Not a bug, moved to questions and answers for community members to suggest ways of reducing your latency in detail.
i.e. Avoid WiFi, use an ethernet cable or powerline adaptors.
