Delete BE off your system and reinstall it x

Maybe something to do with your virus detection? Or you need to report forward arma 3 ports? 

Possible, cause but not so much your Antivirus, but firewall, yes I know they are generally built into the same product and advertised as antivirus but technically they are different things (sorry for being pedantic).  Also a very possible cause due to new rules being automatically being updated, but I think its more likley that BE is the cause as its generally shittier than most* AV products (this is excluding norton as it teechnically isnt a security product).
