Generally all bans count as part of your number of chances. Unless it was mistaken identity or the person was proven not to have done something wrong.
I think just some Admins choose to say Unbanned for final chance, and others just say Unbanned.
As far as I know they are treated the same.

I do strongly believe it depends on the severity of the thing they did. For example, if someone goes on a massive RDM spree in GZ in Kavala they surely only gets a last change, if any chance at all. If someone just slightly breaks RP for example saying "on this server" in some sort of context, im sure they just get unbanned as long as they show the admins that they have understood what they did. Like i got banned for my first time for NLR and instant got a Final chance while i saw other people for NLR just unbanned. I don't get it.

I always say final chance, and other admins just say unban. All unbans are considered a final chance.

People only get one chance here. If you get banned a second time 99% of the time it will be permanent however on very rare occasions we will unban after a discussion between the staff team. This is not something we are willing to put a lot of time and effort into as we are busy enough and it generally will only be open to SOME longer term players.
