hey i were banned today and i have looked the video, and found out you banned the wrong guy.. my ingame name is "kasper" you shout have banned this "Kasper" he have a big k in he's name if you see the video... 

so i'm innocent pls unban me

I'll forward this to Wilco to see if we can somehow find out if OP is indeed the person who was reported. I strongly suggest you make a different name, unfortunately there are quite a few players who choose this name and it can cause incidents like this. I'd also add, these two gents have been golden to me on Teamspeak and have shown understanding that we can be busy and are not able to reply at all times.
