Banned for VDM, when in a fire fight.

I was in Atheria to day around 15:45 with 4 - 5 people. To start with i was AFK "toilet run". When i returned my fellow group members was requesting for someone to drop "Gear" near the cash point. Then a firefight broke out (Not sure who between). I retreated back (Didn't want to shoot the FFE player as i also play along side them). I carried on to retreat back to the large church and started to drop down near the general store, as i moved out with bump near by, gunfire started flying my way, i instantly started to shoot back in the direction of the gun fire, I killed "Greedy". I carried on to move back to our chopper. However cops was on the road so we pulled back to the garage. I then went afk for 2mins to get drink and on my return had the ban message. 

(Note: they was also 2 other people with pistols shooting who was not with us or FFE)

I would also like to see the full video of the firefight that erupted that someone had recorded.

Kryptic was just protecting his gear and making his way out. Guns were blazing and shots were everywhere. Cops shooting, Civilians shooting, it was almost impossible not to shoot someone. So I say. Let him back into the game. It's not necessary to ban someone for this.  

 
I back up this statement as I was with Paul during the firefight, we where trying to make our way back to Kryptic so we could get out of there, we retreated into a building after hearing FFE members on direct chat moving near our location when we moved into the building we where ambushed by the police and killed, my point being that Kryptic and ourselves retaliated to the gunfire in an appropriate manner all within roleplay, if you are being fire on prepare to be fired on back, I can understand their was a lot of confusion at the time but Kryptic has not RDM'ed anyone and as for him in general we have never once RDM'd Someone in our time together and always follow correct roleplay 

 
True that and if someone has broken any rollplay situation is was FFE they went back to their location while they are not waiting 15 mintutes and thats a rollplay rule. We did evrything correct Warned before we shoot etc its not neeed to ban him for rdm while we are doing correct rollplay like we always do tbh You can ask some cops in athira thell now us 

 
i would also like to add, i had open sights on 2 people in the event, 1 near the cash point & 1 hiding in a bush around the corner from the cash point. I could of very easily shot both of you, however since you was not shooting at me direct i didn't take the shots. If i wanted to RDM i could of took both of you out and moved on but i DIDNT!.

Bump first of all remove the FFE out of your name as you are not apart of FFE nor will you ever be.

All you have done in this server since you join is f*ck around sir and spread stupid rumours around like a young child.

The Video is on its way up for you to see. Please re-frame from walking around in game talking nonsense please.

 
him and another player where claiming what ever me or my friend did in the situation was RDM, so being scared of bans we listened to only be killed ourselves. never reported this because i had no video evidence.

my opinion of Kryptic is that they are more a Troll than a RP player.

however opinions dont matter but i just wanted to say to make myself feel better :D

Dude i am 1 person, how can i be "they" ?

If i wanted to troll / rdm, i would of shot every last 1 of you at the cashpoint, i had sights on everyone. However since i was not being shot at i retreated. 

I have been in many hostage situations with police and bank robberies etc. Police have said good game play, our group was even asked to help in some police training etc. Is this all a troll as well ?. 

Also Groza where in my statement did i say you was RDMing ? what other people say, cant be held against me. Never mind the fact i only killed 1 person there and it sure as hell wasn't you or ya friend.

like i said i have to proof to back it up otherwise i would have already reported it.

incase anyone gets confused, what i talk about was a different situation to that Kryptic has been banned for.

my last words on this topic are donators are not ban proof and maybe you need to Think about what your doing in certain situations before you act.

Groza you make me laugh lol. Dont come on to this topic regarding a different event, talking BS about other events. I can understand your upset that you have been out shot before as you aim aint the best spraying & praying with ya pistol and you would like to spam RDM all over it. But if you don't have any evidence of the event go away. If you do go report me.

Would appreciate it if everybody who:

A - wasn't involved in the specific incident that Kryptic was banned for, or
B - isn't an admin on the game-server

would SHUT THE FUCK UP.

I don't need character assassinations or votes-of-confidence. I need eyewitnesses or evidence.

Most of all, I need to know the *exact* kick message you are seeing, Kryptic, so that I can work out which admin actually booted you.

Next player to make like they're admin and start telling everyone the rules, is looking at a cool-off in the sin-bin. Nuff said.

Oh - and Kryptic... is it VDM like your thread-title says, or RDM, or what? You're confusing the bejeezers out of us all, I'm sure...

ye sorry miss typo it was RDM i was banned for. However as the video shows, he wasn't in our gang group and we had another gang trying to shoot us, people was shooting at us from his left down the road. He popped out from the General market place in the area of the other gang members armed with is gun draw he gets shot by me? The RP of the gun fight to fire back already started when the other gang started to shoot upon me.  

It was wilco that banned me. I message he straight after in TS, he told me to post on the forums. 

Many people in our teamspeak group who were new and dont play with me much all heard me saying i aint shooting a FFE member, you didn't hear me anywhere in direct comms, you didnt seem me killing people in the chat feed. Until that area of the general store when i got fired upon.

Read my post again. Particularly the bit that says "most of all", because, oddly enough, THAT'S THE BIT I NEED MOST OF ALL.

As well as identifying the admin, it also pinpoints the actual two-part ban script that's in the banfile, so that it can later be removed.

Wilco - you can take it from here, please, now that we know it's one of yours.

 
i understand that, i currently not at home, upon getting home, i would be able to let you know.

Also watch your video carefully from 1:07 - 3:03  i had sights on you all the time in that area, leaning. You can even see me on the house balcony at 2:53 to the upper left. If i wanted you dead or rdm i would have shoot you then. Before you went into that court area you was shot, that also wasn't me i had a rahim and as you can hear that was not a rahim shot, just to state in case any of you may think it was me that shot at you

Also the person with a pistol around 4:50 had a friend with him who was not in mine or FFE gang. The people who shot Messy. You also state at the end of your video i shot you from behind, i was up the road a little near the house, near the church, where the seating areas was, on what would of been on your right hand side, with bump, not behind you as you stated. You also hear that the shots come from your right.

Ban message i receive:  You were Kicked off the game. [battlEye: Admin ban (KrypTic for RDM - Wilco)]
