I was banned for VDM,Which in my defense i believe was accidently and the person who had reported me had stated a few facts wrongly. In the Video he had Recorded it showed me not fleeing from the checkpoint but actually from the dirt road just to the right of it. At the time of the incident i had seen him hovering right over the road and saw him going up assuming i could go underhim not knowing that apprently 1 rock would send me flying into his direction (which is why i believe it to be accidently). As a ending note id like to say who in their right mind lands a helicopter in front of a zamek to stop it?

Am i not supposed to drive on the right side of the road? in a role playing sense, since i am hypothetically doing nothing say illegal i would have no reason to stop for them(they were not police) or disobey traffic laws. so as i said, i had seen him starting to go up i had decided to re adjust not knowing a single rock would send me flying into the air.

outside of that fact, they never called for me to pull over and started shooting automatically, what would you do in a situation where you have shots being fired,a Car to your left boxing you into a situation where you only have 2 options. both of which equal basically death. one was go offroad, break the truck, then get shot or head for a tiny gap between the helicopter and the car(i play in First person perspective so i didn't actually know there was that much space till i saw his video) and hope that the helicopter decides to go up.

anyway again who flys a copter in front of a zamek to stop it? that's like your trying to pressure someone into a situation for VDM.

No what im concerned about is (please rewatch the video) the really really sharp turn towards the chopper.

In terms of flying into the air ... how long have you played arma 3 for ?... these things happen if you clip stuff.

 
ive only really had arma for 2 weeks maybe? i bought it like last day of the steam winter sales.

regardless its not like i dont feel bad for the incident and if i had the chance to i would have worked it out with him myself. however i had died and there was no medics on and the server restarted not to much longer after.

We do have a TS here that most people use. You could have always messaged him and said sorry it was an accident perhaps. It would have helped your defence loads.

Post here that you have read our rules quoting here which rule you have broken and post your GUID for a last chance.
