Jumped in a heli that appeared in the prison and was promptly banned without warning

I banned this person Myself for firing a pawned Kajmans weapons inside the prison every other person on the island text the admis straight away he shot all the ammunition from the main gun when i arrived and was considering jumping in a second one that was there due to hackers.

 
I admit that I fired the helicopter gun. It was sitting in the jail and there was nothing else to do. If I had been told it was spawned by a hacker I would have left it alone but I was banned instantly without any warning. Where is the justice in that?
