Banned during event. (Unbanned 17/11/2014)

Okay, this is simple. I was banned during the event this evening for what I assume was speaking down the mic. Now, I was under the impression that it was a 2 min silence that had been moved from 9:00 (because people wouldn't shut up)  to 9:20. So I was in the big group of people and in the square at about 9:10 and I spoke. Kicked within seconds. honest mistake. I thought the two min silence was from 9:20 until 9:22.

Did you not see the admin message that said do not use direct voice ?

It lags out the server when alot of people are crowded into one space, i also believe you played music ? unsure i banned quite alot of people at that point for pure disrespect of my communication and this serious event.

I didn't play music. I just asked could we speak and then about 10 seconds later was banned. I saw that msg but I was under the impression that we were not to speak during the two min silence.

EDIT:

I didn't realize that it was the voip that was lagging out the server. I thought it was just the tanks, crowd, etc. I'm pretty sure i have a recording of the whole thing so I'll go back over and read the texts again but It was an honest mistake.

EDIT:

I saw the two messages now. They both come in literally less than a second a part so I missed the first one.

Is there any chance for my friend to get unbanned he didnt play music or anything. He didnt do anything wrong in that matter. You banned the wrong guy.

 
It's been pushing five days now. Can I please be unbanned. According to the "Actioned" tab of this, there are people who only started threads yesterday and they were unbanned yesterday and that was for genuinely malicious stuff like combat logging etc.

I have read the rules multiple times while I've been banned and understand them 100%. 

I apologies for being some what impatient but you have to understand where I am coming from.

I made a genuine mistake and have been gone for almost a week while others do blatantly dumb things and they were back within a day or two. 

In the beginning I tried to be patient and just wait as I understand that bans aren't your number one priority but that's when I noticed my appeal was pushed to the bottom of the appeals board and others were getting sorted ahead of me.

Also, I was becoming impatient due to the fact that any attempt I made to make contact with an admin

was ignored excluding one case with Stephanie who I am extremely grateful toward.

All and all, I apologies for being impatient and await your reply.
