Hi there,

I started playing on the server yesterday after not enjoying any other servers I tried.

After spending around 6/7 hours mining coal and staying out of everyones way, I managed to get myself a truck and earn around $600,000. I was pleased with how the server was playing out. UNTIL, I was in Agios. Just been shot and went to retrieve my inventory. 

Police were there and started to move everyone away. [sPC] Cole came to me accusing me of being in the way of everything and banned me on the spot. 

I don't recall doing anything wrong - we all got shot for no reason, and then I get banned?

I look forward to hearing your response.

Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: I had spent a long time going about my business as a working man. Building my way up and trying to stay out of trouble. I don't believe I did anything wrong and I just want to keep grinding away to build my way up.

Whenever he gets around to it. He normally plays at night so hes probably sleeping now. In the mean time try to be patient.

This makes me laugh you where fucking around using extremely bad language with no rp when in police restraints. I believe the word "Cunt" came into it . You and 2 other people who just about avoided getting banned. After all the work we have done this week-end the server has not got time for people like this.

To be honest - I feel like I've been hard done by, purely because I was trying to retrieve my stuff from RDMers. The rule stating I can't go back to where I died, well I was shot dead in a spawn zone. So I had no choice.
