I feel with the change to how banks work now regarding the fact that there needs to be 5 trojan on that the banks need to be have the rewards they get from them to be increased. Currently you get around about 10k on average between 4 plus people is really not worth it. I feel like with how hard banks are going to be now that you need to give criminals the incentive to rob them as no one will even touch them with the current risk to reward ratio. As for the banks themselves maybe there should be some sort of hacking chip or something like that, that you have to get in order to rob a bank. they shouldnt be hard to get but at least take some work so people cant just walk in banks and rob them and walk out. Also maybe the banks should have a cooldown timer on them once they are hit so then the police wont be running around constantly stopping people robbing banks. 

 
+1 I feel that TikTaks post about changing the banks in the first place was accepted far too fast as it was only up for an hour and 30minutes before it was accepted, I do believe that TikTaks post brought up some great points as banks were being abused and cops were being out gunned and outnumbered.

That being said I have two ideas that could help improve banks for both sides:

-5 Trojan online to rob a bank is a bit extreme in my opinion I feel the number should be lowered to around 2 Trojan and 3 other officers or the other way around.

-On the other end if people feel that 5 is a good number then the banks definitely need a buff as Jaffa has stated the reward isn't worth the risk. This could be done by increasing the payout as well as increasing the chance to get cards.

-But I feel that overall the number of Trojan needs to be lowered.

 make it so we have a random chance at finding different and rare items each time like a 1 in 3 to find a ruby necklace or a 1 in 10 for finding something worth 200k+ since joining doing banks has always been dead like wheres the option to rob the jewellery store etc...

you have 4 guys 
1 has an uzi worth 80k+ alone

the payout is max 50k if you are lucky, not worth battin an eyelid unless you are bored and not fussed about losing ur shit

Something like this. 5 Trojans is mad. If the trojan number is going to stick then banks need to be worth a lot more else you can make more just grinding. If everyone is just grinding materials its dead for police and they end up standing in legion doing nought. 

On another note, robbing gas stations is the most pointless thing, you get about 2k and by the time youve got into the safe the police are already outside and your outnumbered. Gas stations should be somewhat easy to rob and just end in a chase rather than a shootout. You wouldnt see geezers with M4's showing up at a BP robbery in the UK, so why does every police unit need to respond for such a minor amount of cash? I think it should be 2 cars of offiers and not trojan units, this could also be a good way for police to show they can negotiate and adapt to situations their not used to.

 
This is discussion on bank robberies if you want changes to the gas sations etc, please put up another suggestion / discussion.

The main point we want to get across is that in a bank scenario you need to be prepared and not just think running in with an UZI and a hostage will be enough for you to start throwing demands of 15 million and 400 PD Rifles. High quality roleplay will be rewarded, that is something to remember.

The power with police is in numbers and training, they are a government backed entity and have the full support of the government and The Crown, in the long term they will always win. However they are trained and guided by command to allow people to negotiate and allow for scenarios in the short term not to always fall in their favour (Because we want to make it fun for everyone on the server) - PS It isn't 5 officers, it is bank/location depending.

The change to have it moved to armed officers rather than all officers was already being spoken about and the short time the suggestion was up it garnered quite a bit of support. The reward was something we overlooked and your support on this thread shows that banks are no longer viable with the changes to policing requirements.

So as of next update the following changes are being made to start the ball moving on this:

  1. Cash quantity upped from 5-10k to 25-30k per vault
  2. Diamond quantity upped from 15 to 35
  3. Security card changes increased from 10% to 25%


There will be a few more changes in a future update, however this is something I have done for next update. I'll watch over the next few days(before the update after) in order to get a grasp of the different elements we need to take into consideration.
