Ah, I see.
Basically, you were banned for the reason VDM - vehicle death match, when someone reported you on the forums. This was the report post:
It was approved by the admin ArrogantBread.
The rule you broke was 2.1:
(2.1) VDM - Vehicle Death Match Definition: Using your vehicle for running people over, using it to ram into other vehicles in and outside combat, or with intent to cause an explosion are all considered VDM here (Punishment is a ban)
From the video in the report, it seems that you drove your truck into the police car and over several players.
