Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: I was restrained for breaking role play and then was being driven down to the police station, I tried asking why I was being arrested and was ignored and then I got abusive. I treat people with the same amount of respect I feel they're giving me and I don't feel like I was unjustified in getting angry, swearing is how I vent anger apparently. Saying that, I did go to far and don't want to offend people. I've tried to be nice to every other person on the server I've spoken to and have made a lot of friends in the very short time I've been on here, and I just think it would be a shame for me to be permanently excluded for losing my cool once.

I was the officer you abused, you also broke RP so I restrained you under the Mental Health Act.

You then after I typed that talking out of RP is bannable started calling me a Cu*t in chat and saying "You can see that

so you can't get angry over it hahaha trollololol", on the way to the police station you constantly called me a Cu*t as well.

I then called an Admin over @Sovereign we then went over the long process of talking it out in the car with him

again you were still very abusive to me that's why he then issued a ban against you.

Personally I DON'T think this person should be let back into the community as his attitude is not appropriate.

The first thing you did was ignore me and make in game decisions based off things that I'd typed, which you said I couldn't do. You then just ignored me and left me to get more angry and got an admin involved straight away. If I would of lied or begged to be forgiven I might of been let off, but I admitted to what I said and tried to get you to understand why I was so mad instead. I don't just go around abusing people for no reason and have followed every other rule to the best of my ability. If I'm let back on I'll try and stay calm even if I feel I'm justified in being mad.

but as Dave did not decide to listen to the rule I see it only as fair to give both sides to the story.

none of that happened, he may have swore at you but he wasn't mindlessly repeating it like you make it sound, he said it once because of the way you were acting about him "breaking rp" on one of our first days on the server. If you simply acted like a normal human being and pushed him in the right way instead of handcuffing then ignoring him it could have been easily solved. Its easy for people to lose their cool when people treat them like shit, you know as well as anyone by the way you acted its obvious. As an example you lost your cool when he said a word you didn't like and pulled out your pistol and shot near him, when people lose their cool they act in different ways. There is no way he said "you can't see that so you can't get angry over it hahaha trollololol" quite frankly its disturbing that you're trying to get him banned so hard that you'll lie about things. What ACTUALLY happened was, he said it, then you pulled your pistol and shot near him, then he said "Why are you getting angry if you can't read things" in reference to what you said about 5 minutes earlier that you can't act on things said out of the game.

Anonymous Orange like you Swaggo are permitted to speak here,because you were there and involved. The conversation went on for a half an hour and during that nobody mentioned the the police officer pulling out a pistol and shooting near the ground,therefore I would dismiss the information as it seems like a serious plot point they actually would have told me when we were all sitting in a locked car shouting and discussing a possible ban.

Additionally I could see most of what was said last night repeating itself,so I'll leave this for another admin to decide and to use the mention system if they want feedback from me.

I would also like to point out that I left my radio open so Sovereign could hear what you were saying,

and if I did pull out a pistol on you i'm sure that's one of the first this you would have disputed so please don't say things now.

You pulled out your pistol and shot next to me to try and intimidate me, I didn't think that was relevant to the issue at hand so I didn't mention it and I don't know why that's something we'd lie about. If that is important don't be quick to dismiss it simply because I neglected to see the importance of that at the time. I'll leave it at that too, I think the whole situation is ridiculous and could of been avoided with a bit of compassion from Anonymous Orange and some restraint from me.

Right. Abusive behaviour is not tolerated and I will suggest in the future you just roll with the situation and report something if you are not happy in game.
