ban appeal denied

my friend got a prema and he asked for appeal but there was a miss understanding they denied can he ask for another appeal ? if yes how long should he wait before appealing again

Yes he may re-appeal the ban unless he has been specifically given a time frame to which he needs to wait to appeal.
