Ban Appeal (Denied - Process not followed)

So i got banned because cops shot me in a green zone i got knocked out , i was restrained and two explotions happened. Then my Arma Crashed and i had a black screen so i had to restart my pc. I got banned for litteraly nothing and cops shooting civilians with a hex backpack in a green zone.
