Date & Time you was banned: it was the 21/03/2015 somewhere between 11-12 pm not 100% sure never check the time 

Please copy and paste the rule you broke: well apparently i broke NLR 

basically i got into a police car which apparently blew up randomly so i respawned back into kavala as i belived that NLR only applies if you die in a roleplay situation as i wasnt killed in a RP situation NLR doesnt exsist this is what ive always been told 

Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: because im fairly new to the server and never meant to break any rules if i am wrong on it then im sorry i was just doing what i always thought was right

A new life means that your character has lost all previous memories. It still is the character you play, i.e. it is still part of the rebels or cops and it still knows all his friends. Your character just forgets the events and information leading up to their death.

The only exception to this is your wanted level. In our latest release bounty levels are now persistent over deaths to enable long winded police chases and bounty hunter chases... Without this we wont have police and bounty hunters tracking down the person and the person being on the run for weeks/days.

Example: Matt, John and Ben are rebels who try to rob the bank. During the shootout with the cops, Matt and Ben die, John get's arrested and spends some time in jail. When they all meet again, they all would roleplay the situation in a way that they all tried to get away, because they realized that they couldn't handle the situation. Matt and Ben got away, though John got caught. If the players want to have the deaths involved, they might tell stories of other rebels that died there, who were with them initially.

[SIZE=medium]see your rules state a new life only counts if you are killed by a cop or killed within in roleplay or killed in a accident so i wasnt killed by a cop i wasnt killed in a roleplay situation and i wasnt killed in an accident i was killed in a police car that just rand0mly blew up probs due to a glitch no one shot it or anything so i still dont see where the new life rule applied to me i wasnt killed for any of the reasons given in your own rules[/SIZE]

In roleplay terms that would be an accident. The only two times that a NLR doesnt start is VDM/RDM or when you log out. If you still cant see that I am afraid this server is not for you.

i can see where your comeing from but if it just randomly blows up when its jsut sat there and totally white all fuel ect white to me that wasnt right an either a hacker or something like that hence y i come back ive got neally 1800 hours on arma im fully aware of rules and stuff but in this case i genuenly thought it didnt count due to what happened tbh if your gunna ban everyone perm for genuine mistakes your gunna lose alot of players fast i didnt deliberatly break rules and i dont normly break em but its upto you really

I don't care if we loose players fast... the ones that actually read and follow the rules stay and the ones that dont get banned.

We would have about 10 servers full right now if we didn't ban... however the environment would be one which we wouldn't want, This is a serious roleplay server... so its up to you... if your not into that then please do go and find another server.

We can give you a final chance if your willing to follow our rules and apply a little bit of common sence in mind while playing on our servers.

yh of corse i will follow your rules like i said i didnt deliberatly break em this tim i just did what i thought was right from my experiance of other servers

Fuck other servers... seriously there about money and numbers this is all about quality of RP

And if you think what you did was right then obviously youve been on very very bad servers.

You have been unbanned but this is your final chance... if you get banned again its your own fault then clearly your unable to follow our rules.
