Bad FPS, can anyone help ?

Tried setting Arma 3 to high priority, or use a code that @Ciaran gave me once(The multi-core thingy) im sure he will be happy to give it. Or else ill check next time im starting Arma III ;)

Buy new graphics m9
He already has a GTX 770...

I dont think graphics is the problem.

Try and see what load your Cpu is running at in game, I bet it wont be 11%, that is most likely your idle useage (which is already high for idle).

You cant force a 2 threaded application to use more than 2 threads... you can tell it these threads are available but it wont use more than 2 at once... bare in mind too his Cpu is non-hyperthreading. 4 cores. 4 locigal cores (as opposed to 8 logical with HT)

Just gonna leave the computer stuff talking to you guys :3

At any rate, how is it done exactly?

The last time, I just went into processes and then into CPU usage, and just copied all of the stuff.
