Don't have the donator tag on my Teamspeak.

I asked a member of the support team he said I should report the bug.

They are being handed out by wilco himself. I got my award the next day. And for the christmas award you had to manually log out and log back in.

And for the teamspeak tag you need to ask member support/staff and they will sort it out. Might ask you to pm them on the forums
