Here is the video of the event: 





My friend Arky asked the player to 'shift j' (6 seconds into video). He did not do this. As can be seen from the video, he goes to pull out a weapon. I knocked him down as a defensive gesture, with no intention to kill (I did not rob him). After this, he pulls a gun on my friend Arky. I shot him in defense of my friend. 

Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance:

If my actions were against server rules, I apologize.

At 6 seconds nothing is said..

You need to RP everything, you just hit him on the head with no RP... ? Its a serious RP server.

He then interacts with the guy in the blueshirt and you RDM him... again nothing being said and no interaction from yourself ?

My friend Arky is the guy in the blue shirt. Arky asked the player to 'shift j' at the point I mentioned in the video. Unfortunately, it sounds a bit muffled, and I do not have any game recording equipment of my own to back up my claim.

I thought my friend's 'shift j' comment satisfied the RP requirement for the server. With hindsight, I made a mistake and I apologize unreservedly. I have learnt from this mistake and will not be repeated if unbanned.

I do not recall if I made any contact with the player in question. Perhaps, I had naively assumed that if Arky made contact then it would not be necessary for me to do so. After all, we were teamed up, and Arky had a gun pointed at him.

If I did make contact, I have no way of proving this. If I didn't make contact, my mistake. I should have made contact. I didn't quite understand the importance of RP on the server until I signed up to this forum, and read thoroughly over the rules and posts made here.

Rule 5: 

RDM = Ban if no role-play, Remember this is a serious roleplay community therefore shooting people on sight with no roleplay is RDM, engage in roleplay at all times.
