Arma Crash - Arma 3 crash error: 0xC0000005 - STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION

There is about 10-15 differnt fixes nocking around the forum. Iv come to the conclusion there is NO fix. It just somtimes works then other times it wont work.

So you might try one thing and then the game works, but is that due to the fix you did or the game just randomly working again?

This is what i belive aswell as of now, Sometimes it works and 90% it dosent... Im just restarting my pc 1-5times before it works/trying to get in on the server.

anyone who has tried all of these fixes are we all on windows 10? im thinking about installing windows 7 or 8 to try if we are all on windows 10.. see if thats the issue?

Im on win10 atleast, uhmm idk ;p. I've come to the conclusion to spamming to get in is the way to go... even though its super frustrating when it dosent work and i get fuqqing pissed off.

The way i fixed it was using the server browser in the launcher and connecting from there, even if the server full the game loads and then once your in server works for me no problems since doing it that way!

This worked for me sometimes if this doesent work change the malloc to windows and then uncheck the thing

I am pretty good at fixing this stuff normally, but I have the same issue, I have done everything apart from reinstall arma to try and fix it.

if you try live 10 times you eventually get in.

windows 7 maps memory differently and it wouldn't surprise me if BI were still stuck on Windows 7 not realizing most of the gaming world moved onto W10 for the latest DirectX and everyone got pissed off with the nagging
Somebody ought to let them know processors can utilize more than one core efficiently now too
