Just to confirm, BIS have not yet released the patch notes on there dev hub.

Welcome to Arma updates.. where have you been?

I just got on from 12.15ish till now (must have crashed just before I got on because everyone was logging in). 

Seemed totally unplayable for a while, desync everywhere, people screaming about being run down, cars crashing all over the place (typical day in Kavala). Just crashed now. I hate the Arma team.
