Description of what happened:
First, we take fire from [ARM] Colonel. Lionel from a field without any RP initiated. Upon finding and tazing the guy, he glitches restraints in order to continue shooting.
Second, at the bank, we end up in a firefight with two guys, they RP, but when caught and tazed both glitch restraints to shoot at us. [ARM] Sgt.Stalin then proceeds to combat log.
What Rule Was Broken ?:
[ARM] Colonel. Lionel broke the following rules:
3B) RDM - Random Death Match Definition:
Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban)
[SIZE=medium]2D)[/SIZE][SIZE=medium] Using known exploits such as looting dead bodies, any duplication of items, duplication of money, using the Anti-VDM script to regain full health, landing on the roof of drug processors, working with Bounty hunters to exploit money from the wanted system, using the ‘Flip Vehicle’ feature outside normal usage (Punishment is a permanent ban without appeal)[/SIZE]

2E)[SIZE=medium] Logging/Combat logging at any point where you are in RP is exploiting. Some examples of this: during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting medic, logging to save gear, logging while ziptied (Punishment is a permanent ban without appeal*)[/SIZE]
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
Yes. Both logged out after our firefight at the bank, none of them were on teamspeak.
Please post video evidence/screenshots here
(This is almost a must! without this you have no solid evidence, If your report is about RDM then it must be a video leading upto the RDM and after)
I'm sorry, but Shadowplay was being glitchy, so there is no sound untill after things have been dealt with. Still, the video should be enough evidence itself.
