For police and NHS its shift+L I'll go on and test ARAC lights if that dosent work.

Arac lights don't work. This is done because everyone can get an Arac license. If everyone would be going around and turning on those lights the whole server would lag.

Hello so what is the point in having them because at night you need to be visible and with out those lights there's no point
As @KingGodDiabloZ said, the ARAC lights are disabled as anyone can buy the license and with the lag the lights cause in large numbers it's just not worth it. With regards to "whats the point", ask Bohemia. It's a vanilla model with a skin on it, doesn't affect anything at all.

Ok I understand and also I notice there is a coast guard place but how do you join them
