Arac flatbed

How do you get a hemtt with the ARAC skin?  been to the respray and the mod shop. But found no way to do it.

 - Was implemented last update - Is on display in the Impound lot - but can't seem to actually be applied to vehicles - it didn't mention much more in changelogs than "Arac Hemtt Flatbed Texture Added"

To clarify though, the two at the impound lot are 'display models' and the real ones are not available yet.

You need the keys to both vehicles to tow
