I applied for the police force, and as I am a new player, I received this message - 

Sorry but you application to join the police is Denied.

This is due to your experience on our server 

once you have played for a while you are more than welcome to reapply

I am just wondering whether I need to take my application down? As well as this, how long do people generally play before being allowed to sign up?

Just play until you think you're ready... Get to know the people on the server. Rules and law's are most important since you do want to be a police officer. You should know that you can't do illegal things when you're a police officer. There isn't an actual time frame which you have to pass I believe.
