Detailed Suggestion:
I feel the gap between the 8pm and 8am restart is to long for a few reasons. The island gets clogged up with abandoned vehicles all over the place including the new fishing location on the docks and around the ocean but this isnt the only place this also happens on highways, in the cites etc its just non stop and just clogs everything up. Another reason would be that the impound only lets you claim once per restart and i think 12 hours is a bit of a stretch when theres literally a restart 4 hours apart from each other. Another reason would be from what ive herd (and im not sure if this is 100% true so if its not ignore this one) warehouses restock every restart meaning business owners cant order anything if the warehouse is out of stock and alot of people do fishing for example from 8pm onward, i myself fish from 8 till early morning as its the only time i can get on and theres just not enough stock so i think shortening or adding another restart time in the 8pm to 8am window would be beneficial.
The Pros:
Less mess around the island shops, business get more chances of stock and impound gets another claim.
