I got it at a Game shop near me! It's an Eevee in a Sylveon Poncho. I think they are sold online as well. ^-^

This is my setup. Not 100% finished, got some funko pops in storage that I need to put on the desk and just ordered some LED lights from amazon to spice it up. Don't take notice of the missing side panel, cat shat down it and had to chuck away.
