youd have to stop running away first before you could do anything to stop us, we even chased one of you over 28km the other day until he hid in the green zone lol
You chased 1 guy for 28 km?

What a waste of resources.. Should i expect a couple of hemmts outside the HM the coming days to pay for that chase?

Which states and I quote " Members of the Armed Response Subdivision who resist are to be terminated" and "Police officers who assist Armed Response are hereby considered willing combatants", they don't really help your case in saying that you're not terrorists.

I may also add "Any Commanders of the Armed Response Subdivision or their commanding officers may at any time approach a member of the UNMC High Command in order to resolve the issue.", we attempted to do this last night, and the Chief of Armed Response @DI Icecubewas there at your base with me, but even after telling you this the UNMC decided that you simply couldn't be bothered to come up to your own base and speak with us.
It does say that however it seems you've missed the point somewhat.

Armed Response members are to be brought to trial by a civilian court to answer for the crime of torture while in police custody.
Any AR member RESISTING this is to be terminated. For the uninitiated the term resisting implies making an effort to oppose.
Opposing justice is a crime in your laws as much as it is in mine.
Any Officer choosing to assist an AR member to resist is by definition resisting himself and has declared himself hostile due to his association with other hostile parties.

Furthermore, bringing 40 officers to my base is not a good way to begin a negotiation.
Seizing and trespassing in my base is a crime against the Liberated Territories.

All we have to do is read the 2 posts carefully to understand that the UNMC declaration is a targeted and progressive roleplay oriented encouragement.
While once again the response is "Is terrorist, scrap everything he owns and kill anyone wearing his uniform"

The Copper Kings will not allow the foreign cows (of this sounds wrong please let me know) to trample our Copper mine.

Those that be caught will suffer underground, where nobody will hear them.
I thought salt exports were your place since you guys are always camping it.

Easy to predict my friend <3

Firstly, if you wish to extradite somebody into your land from UK territory this bit of legislation covers that (UNMC land is a cat. 2 territory as the death penalty is used) http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2003/41/part/2

By saying that all officers who work with AR will be deemed hostile you are using a catch all phrase, Armed Response are members of the Altis Police force and work alongside all officers in the police, therefore this statement just encompasses the entire police force.

I disagree that what the police are doing is stopping roleplay, it is just us doing our job to protect citizens and our own officers on Altis in our land. We have not said scrap everything and kill everyone, we said and I quote: "Any United Non-conformist Military Corps members found inside British Oversees Territory currently controlled by the Crown are to be detained under the Terrorism act for further questioning by Police Command." and "Any vehicles which are not registered on Altis or in British Territory are to be seized immediately and depending on the description of the occupants, either scrapped or impounded.". The first of which is simply us trying to gather what you are doing in our land and the second on is currently a law anyways, if your car isn't registered, then it's not driving on our roads, simple; that applies to everybody including members of the UNMC. We deem the UNMC to be terrorists due to them talking multiple police officers hostage.

I respect that you have your own laws in your own land, and so long as you agree not to execute any officers then we may be able to extradite a few officers for trial so long as it is a fair one, feel free to contact me for more details about the previously offered deal.

That is not what I am saying, we state that any officer who chooses to support the resistance that the aforementioned AR member is offering is seen as a combatant.
There is a huge difference between taking an active role in a hostile scenario and wearing the same uniform.

The UNMC Soldier as an individual picks and chooses his battle, if he doesn't believe in it he objects. If he is asked to go against established rules of engagement, he may refuse. If he is asked to support someone he believes has done wrong and should answer for it, he is not pulled into a fight he cannot win, he walks away.
90% of time we don't need to enforce the chain of command, because we choose our fights and we sculpt our purpose.

I believe the average police officer is more willing to consider the right and wrongs of a scenario than a soldier is. On the server somehow it is the other way around.

I'd love to get some resolution to the current status quo but as stated in our announcement we await the Police to decide they should pursue justice before whatever this is.
This is not an issue we have between 2 whitelisted groups, this is a roleplay precedent that has been completely and utterly dropped on it's head.
Resolve these things in game, like Factions who answer to higher powers, the Police; the People. The UNMC; High Command

I will be in game all next week and will try to being negotiations properly.

I realise that the view of the majority of police command is that we do not negotiate with terrorist organisations however this whole situation has got way to far out of hand at this point.

For now Operation Newark will be suspended (to see if anything improves), until we can get an idea of what both sides actually want from this whole situation.

I don't want you guys to drop any plans or feel like you're being asked to "lose".

The whole point of this operation is a slightly heavy handed typical UNMC demand for justice, our kind of justice, the same we dish out to any who break our laws.
The point is to bring those accused to speak and justify their actions, to act like a tough anti UNMC officer if need be, to drop the Altis Police in hotter water if need be, to beg their case and argue for their side!
It's never about killing a few officers for revenge, it's about furthering the story. This time it's AR because they gave us ammunition to use against them. It was AVC. It was TCK. It was SI Dredd. The UNMC story is all about moving forward. Yes some log into the game to fight and don't see the story or simply don't care, but for those who are watching, they are loving it!

If the AR officers ever chose to come with us when we demand them to, they would most likely live. If a commanding figure in the Police ever approached us with an issue, we would solve it.
Never, not once has an officer ever brought me one of my men in cuffs for his punishment, they are either held for hours on end for fear of retribution or thrown in jail as though he was a common criminal. The UNMC is a military force, every action has a commanding officer, that officer is pushing some sort of agenda be it mine, blazes, another officers or just their own. As it stands the approach towards us is almost exactly the same as a gang is treated. Those who are treated as a gang are forced to act like one once the bullets start flying.

Every soldier in the UNMC is answerable to his superiors for his actions. Use that! Push your agenda through tact and manipulation, that soldier you likely just captured is either on a mission (which would be very embarrassing if made public) or he is a rogue soldier who is away from his post!

But that's enough for the public eye. I'm always available on TS if you have any questions.

My Client @JxMhas asked you to retract this statement as there is no porrf and he considers this slanderous. Faliure to make a public apology and a retraction of the statement may end in lawsuit per my clients request

Just as a last point from the Police, I have to say that we do not know your procedures of punishment well enough as a military to decide whether they would be deemed harsh enough for certain crimes committed in the Queen's land, if command knew what you did to those who broke your own rules then we may be able to better educate those who are dealing with you the most, and maybe come to some sort of deal.
