OK... Situation is going to be this.
If you are/were a hobo on Tanoa and you have lost all your dosh for whatever reason (accident, murder, blatant stupidity, or all of the above)... then you can get a fresh start.
If you are a real scaredy-cat and don't mind waiting for me to give a toss, you can ask for your DB account to be credited with £5000 (or put back up to £5000 if you are merely 'part-broke'). I'll poke your DB record with the necessary dosh when I can find time. I'll need your player account details, of course. This MIGHT take a while...
ALTERNATIVELY
If you are only a semi-scaredy-cat, you can ask any Admin in-game on Tanoa, and they will give you enough money to top you back up to £5000 via their patent Tanoan 'arse-spawned cash-machine' technology (after first checking that you are indeed a penniless or near-penniless, sad and broken hobo, via their patent 'nosy parker inquisition' technology. They may or may not subject you to mockery, sympathy, giggling, humiliation or plain and gentle lovemaking - as they see fit - but you'll have to work that out with them.
ALTERNATIVELY
If you a brave hero, full of 'daring-do', possessed of extreme character, flavoursome charisma, and roleplay proficiency the like of which has not been seen since Brian Blessed played Edmund Blackadder's dad, then you can chance your arm and go the whole hog, by asking an Admin for a Town Hall session of the Court of Welfare Appeal. The Admin and you can then try and rustle up as many townspeople as you can, to come to the Town Hall and hear you make your plea. At least three townspeople need to act as Magistrates, and ultimately decide upon the outcome of your case. You should generally get your top-up back to £5000, but in some cases, you may even get more (Admin has final discretion, over and above whatever the Magistrates say, in the event that he believes the Magistrates are biased or being extremely silly - which is not unlikely - at no point should you ever be awarded more than £15,000). You may or may not be required to perform some kind of civic duty or other debasing act by the Magistrates in order to obtain your 'bonus' amount - and the better and more convincingly you perform this act, the speedier and larger will be your payment. On the other hand, if you are a measly fucktard who basically cannot roleplay for shit, and have really just wasted everyone's time in calling a court-session, you'll just get your basic top-up to £5000 from the Admin along with a flea in your ear about option 2 above instead being the best thing to have chosen originally, given your lame effort.
So... everyone gets rescued, one way or the other. The more inventive, creative and cool you are, the better it will be for everyone, including yourself, and the more wimpy, foppish, and gormless you are, the longer it will take and the more people will know to laugh at you harder next time when robbing you. So be brave. Be a man (or woman*) and stop dilly-dallying. Tanoa is the land of the free. Slavery is abolished. Money grows on trees. And yet, some of you still drop it on the ground like spent fruit. But we can help you with that. Just ask. And come back to play.
*other genders, half-genders, curious states, proliferation of attachments, lack of equipment and various forms of inversion, subversion, perversion and conversion may or may not be available in your area. Tanoa is an equal opportunities abuser, and will happily humiiate and challenge people from all walks of life. Or death.
