That actually hapens more often than you think, once I pulled one out it was so solid on the heatsink it took a vice and a chisel to remove it......  I shit you not. I was kinda worried about damaging that one  

A quick Google will show you it's quite common, adding a little oil can help as well but seldom works in my experience

I got a 8 core FX-8370 it's the newest one by AMD and runs at 4.3GHz it's quite cheap too.

I would recommend getting a hyper 212 cooler for those cool temps
