Am I allowed to make a new account and play?

so i got banned on AltisLife and Wilco denied my unban appeal, so im juist wondering whether I am allowed  to re-buy Arma 3 on a different steam accoutn and make a new account on Altis Life and continue to play, or is my IP now banned?

No. It is still you regardless of what Steam ID you play under

Not really mate. Once you're banned permanently, if they catch you on the server under another account, they'll just ban you again.

I wanted to ask if it was allowed instead of wasting £30, and by the looks of it, it says no where on the rules that you are not allowed to make an account to play 

@Wilco just to clear this post up I am in no way disrespecting Altis Life in any sort of way here I am just asking if I am allowed to make a different account with a different identity and if I am not allowed to do this then I will respect your decision and leave the Altis Island for good.

Slight flaw in your logic there fella, it's not your account that's banned in the eyes of the admins.
It's you as a player, so if you buy a new account, and pay £30, the admins will just ban you instantly...

Don't waste your money on it, if I were you.
